About Centennial Peaks Hospital

With psychiatrists, registered nurses, and mental health professionals available 24/7, they are well equipped to treat suicidal ideation, trauma, and acute mental health concerns. Traverse Outpatient Therapy at Centennial Peaks Hospital offers specialized intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP). Participants can choose the best program with assistance from the treatment team. Most therapy programs include up to 20 sessions. The majority of patients will spend 9 hours per week in group treatment. For patients who want flexibility, day and evening tracks are provided, both virtually and in-person. Centennial has a variety of specialized programs including a woman's survivor group, for women who have been victims of trauma, a young adults track, and an adolescent IOP program. The adolescent group is designed for those struggling with suicidal thoughts or psychiatric symptoms that don't require an inpatient setting.
