Located near Roswell Air Center and just minutes from U.S. Route 285, this state-run facility offers a full continuum of care for adults with substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health disorders. Services include detox, inpatient treatment, and intensive outpatient programming (IOP), with a focus on alcohol and drug addiction, trauma, and dual diagnoses. The center applies structured therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and 12-Step facilitation. Its intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets three times per week and combines individual counseling, group therapy, and mental health support to help clients strengthen emotional regulation and practice new coping strategies in daily life. Clients receive medication-assisted treatment (MAT), including naltrexone and clonidine, along with 24/7 clinical support. Discharge planning, housing assistance, trauma-related counseling, and self-help groups extend care beyond the treatment phase, reinforcing long-term recovery through coordinated services and continued engagement.
